Delivery and Refund Policy
- You will receive the products within 4 working days if available in our shop.
- If the product is available at the supplier it will be delivered within 12 working days.
- If the product is not available/ out of stock you will be notified for the delivery time.
- If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason it will be refundable within 15 working days of purchase – provided they are not used, kept in original packing and subject to our physical inspection.
Placing an Order
- You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
- A summary of your order will be shown to you prior to the order being placed.
- You will be required to provide payment information at the time of ordering which you agree we may use to bill you for the full and total value of your order.
- We use secure payment facilities for online card payments.
- Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
- The currency of all products on our website is clearly displayed. Value Added Tax is given at the current rate within your basket.
- Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

- The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.
Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Bahraini Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Bahrain Courts.
